Privacy Notice

This draft describes the information currently collected by the Schoolletics™ demo-request page. The product privacy notice must be expanded and reconciled with the approved release, provider contracts, retention schedule, and App Store privacy disclosures before launch.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, the page asks for your name, school email, school, role, and an optional description of what you want to simplify. The hosting environment sends that information to the Schoolletics™ launch inbox so the team can respond.

Technical information

The form handler uses an IP-derived, one-way rate-limit key for short-term abuse prevention. The page does not currently load an analytics provider. It emits privacy-safe browser events containing only an event name so an approved analytics integration can be added later.

Use, sharing, and retention

Demo-request information is intended to be used to respond to the request and manage the prospective-school conversation. Provider sharing, retention periods, deletion procedures, legal bases, and any product-account data practices remain subject to owner and legal approval.

Your choices

Do not submit sensitive student, medical, financial, or authentication information in the demo-request form. For a privacy question or request, email admin@schoolletics.com.
